I hired Beckman RV Services to do a pre-purchase inspection of a new RV I was buying. Scott was very friendly and great at communicating with me. They went to the dealer and did a very detailed inspection of the RV. I received a full report back with pictures and video in less than 24 hours. They also included a pdf download that I could show to the dealer service department to make sure that all the repairs were made before I made my purchase. Scott reached out to me afterwards to see if there is anything else that they could help me with or if I had any questions. They made sure to let me know that I can call them if I have any issues or questions down the road. Thank you so much for doing such a great job and giving me peace of mind on such a large purchase.

What a great experience. I had Scott and his wife out to do a safety inspection for me on a used RV I had just purchased. I knew nothing about RV’s when I bought this one and since I am going to be using it by myself I wanted someone i could trust that knew what they were looking at. Scott was very thorough and I felt comfortable that I could trust his assessment. He also helped me understand how to work the various appliances and other mechanical things so that I would feel safe that I knew what to do. I would very happily use their services again and refer him to friends.

Scott and Kathleen did a fantastic job inspecting our RV! They came out together and spent 6+ hours going over every detail of our trailer. The report was timely, very thorough, and Scott talked with me about some technical elements that I hadn’t been able to figure out. He went above and beyond, even fixing an appliance that had never worked! They were very friendly, clearly knowledgeable, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an inspection 100%.
My wife and I were purchasing our first travel trailer and we had heard so many horror stories about hidden problems etc. that I just felt like I needed to have someone knowledgeable take a look. Scott fit that requirement completely. The report he provided at the end of the inspection was VERY thorough and complete. His communication throughout the entire process was very quick and professional. Scott's customer service during and after the inspection is top level. I would highly recommend his RV inspection services.

We had placed a deposit on a used motorhome from a local dealership. It was going to be our first motorized RV and there was no question that we would have it inspected before purchasing it. That turned out to be a great thing as a few hidden issues were discovered during the inspection process. Issues that we would have never seen without it being inspected. Long story short, we walked away from that deal. We were very glad to have met the Beckmans and to of hired them to conduct our inspection for us. They covered the coach thoroughly from top to bottom and from front to back. We would definitely hire them again to do an inspection for us. Thank you again!

Scott and Kathleen did a great job on a PDI for our new camper. Their inspection identified several issues that needed to be addressed before delivery. They even identified an issue with the dealer’s electrical system in the progress. I was impressed with the detail - they spent more than 6 hours inspecting everything, and delivered a thorough report the next day. I was also impressed with the way they worked with the dealership’s service department. They were so collaborative that most of the smaller issues were addressed before the inspection was completed. Communication with us and the dealer was thorough and timely as well. Overall, well worth the cost!

I was passing TX with my Class National Tradewinds when unexpectedly my furnace broke down. I found Rv Scott from facebook reference and contacted him. His very professional and tried his best to put me up on roads. Due to parts I was stuck for few days but he did a great job and I recommend him.

They came out to our house and were able to resolve our problems that day, without any hassle. They were more than willing to teach me what they were doing as they diagnosed and remedied the electrical and water issues, so that I would be more capable in the future, which I personally really appreciated. Hell was provided at a very fair price.

I'm so glad we found Beckman RV Services! We contracted them for a pre-purchase inspection on a used RV we found online. Their communication and honest feedback enabled us to avoid making the expensive mistake of purchasing from a dishonest person who had completely mis-represented the vehicle and its status. Any time you decide to purchase a used RV (or any vehicle) you should have an inspection done. You get what you pay for. The Beckmans are both certified through the NRVIA, and they're engineers, too! You couldn't ask for a better team! They're uniquely qualified and unquestionably dedicated. Plus, they're super nice!
Scott and Kat came out to the house and made sure my slide was back in working order quickly and professionally, giving me peace of mind for the next adventure. I will certainly have them back when needed and would recommend to anyone with an RV that needs a little attention.

We hired Scott in his RV Tech role to install SoftStarts and a lithium battery set. Scott got the SoftStarts installed right away with a nice tidy installation. As he began tracing out the wiring for the battery install, he realized the battery company did not send a key component. We got on the phone with them and Scott had the part delivered to his house. We were able to complete the install a couple of days later. It's been a few weeks since the installs and we've dry camped on three separate occasions since then - I'm happy to report zero issues with the power system or a/c units. If we're in need of a Tech in the Dallas area I'll definitely hire Scott again. He knows his stuff and is a genuinely nice guy.

Scott was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was able to diagnose and replace our tankless water heater and a water pump strainer that had both broken during a cold snap. I highly recommend him as your go to guy for RV service and repair.

Not only are Scott and Kat Beckman a wonderful team, they also have integrity. They were thorough with my installation. There were steps that they could have skipped and I would have not have found out about until later but they did not do so. Do yourself a favor and call the Beckman’s first off and save yourself the trouble I had with the previous installer. I highly recommend them.

Scott and Kathleen did an amazing job inspecting a used 2020 Forester for us prior to my wife and I having to drive 300 miles to see it in person. They worked us in in just 2 days after contacting them about the pre-inspection , kept us updated throughout the day as they were inspecting it , and they are extremely thorough with the descriptions and pictures of every detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a travel trailer or motorhome if you want an inspection , which I also highly recommend ! It definitely opened our eyes !

Scott and Kathleen did an excellent job inspecting a RV that I planned to buy and I'd highly recommend Beckman RV Services. I'm in California and the RV was in Texas so the inspection report was a critical part of the purchase process. They took many photos including 360 degree photos of the interior and under the chassis. I didn't expect these and it helped in the remote purchase process. The report is done with HomeGuage which has great tools to navigate the information. I was easily able to create a repair request list and share a PDF with the seller. Overall an awesome experience!

.Scott was wonderful to work with - it was easy to communicate with him via email as he was responsive and thorough. My RV had an electrical issue that was a bit of a puzzle and Scott was determined to figure it out! He got me back on the road and was also happy to answer questions for me and looked at another minor thing while he was already there. Will absolutely call on him again for any future repairs. Can't recommend him enough!

Beckman RV Services is tremendous. We knew something wasn't working properly with the heating system, but had to travel out of state and could not be there. Scott and Kathleen promptly inspected the system, and found the source of the problem. Communication and trust is key with them, so they sent my wife and I a video of them showing us the power draw of the faulty part (or lack thereof). They then sent us another video of them replacing the part, and the system working properly after the new part was installed. If you are looking for a company that you can trust and will do the due diligence to make sure you get what you need, go with Beckman RV Services. Too many companies say they can do it, but Scott and Kathleen prove it.

Called Beckman RV to get info about possible inspection. Spoke with Scott and his wife who are very nice. They spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me giving advice. Called them back several days later for more advice which they gave freely. Haven’t used their service yet but will definitely when we decide to purchase.

Wow. So happy we chose BECKMAN RV SERVICES for the inspection of our new 2024 Tiffin Motorhome. The inspection report was so detailed and complete with photos and videos. I would highly suggest Bechman RV Services to anyone wanting to purchase a new or used RV. It's very comforting having these guys part of our purchase process. We used Kathleen & Scott Beckman's services for our brand-new Entegra Odyssey 24B. Since we live in Idaho and the RV was in Texas, it was awesome that Kathleen & Scott went over the RV 'with a fine comb' before we even arrived. Their RV inspection report was impressive - over 100 pages and valuable photos & videos! They really went the extra mile to check out all the major & minor parts. We were able to present the dealership with over 30 issues. Most of them were taken care off by the time we arrived. The communication with Kathleen & Scott before, during and after the inspection was impressive as well! Thank you for all your help!

Excellent. Don’t buy without an inspection by the Beckmans. They are knowledgeable and thorough. They also take the time to explain their report so you know what you are buying. They found issues that needed fixing on the new RV inspected. The report itself is in an organized & easily understandable format with pictures so you can give the dealer/seller a list of what they need to fix. They printed it out & notated what they did to fix it at the time of pickup. Then use the report list to follow up on all issues at final inspection to make sure all issues are fixed. Take care of the issues before you buy & don’t get stuck. Thank you to the Beckmans!

The Beckman's provide a first rate RV inspection service. They are certified RV inspectors and use a very thorough inspection process backed with excellent software to document their work. They methodically test every RV system and provide excellent evidence of their work. I am very impressed.

I highly recommend using the Beckman's RV inspection services. They were very thorough and the reports were detailed with many pictures and videos. Their report and the discussions with them gave me a great piece of mind and the confidence to make the right decision for us. It was great being able to ask questions and know a knowledgeable expert would be giving me information I could trust. This is a service everyone should invest in whether looking at used or new RVs, for me it was well worth the cost.
They are the only husband & wife team with both parties certified as RV Inspectors and trained as RV Technicians in North Texas.
